When delivering to Retailer
Foldable crates with fresh produce, delivered at place defined by retailer purchasing order, are to be transferred to retailer, which works as Nateco trustee with Acceptance Form signed.
Acceptance Form shall be filled with types and amounts of crates transferred, along with the compensation cost for each type of crate.
Acceptance Form shall be signed in 2 copies.
Retailer keeps the booking of crates taken from vendors.
Acceptance Form is valid with Retailer’s stamp and signature.
Return of packaging
Retailer returns the crates only to Nateco Logistics along with a List of returned crates.
Returnable Plastic crates are the property of Nateco Logistics and it can not be transferred to other entities or used for other purposes.
